Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actor. Her most well-known roles include her roles as Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. She also played Daphne as a character who appeared in recurring roles in the second season of HBO's hit drama True Blood. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Her teaching journey began with the school in Maury County teaching Reading to Kindergarten and 1st grade. In 1998 she married the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones after which she moved to Thompsons Station. There she began teaching 4th grade in Bethesda Elementary. Between 1999 and 2000, she was a teacher and completed her masters in education from Trevecca Nazarene University. She left the classroom in 2000 when the couple welcomed their son Baylor. Ashley spent 15 years serving her church, community and the children. Ashley has been a leader within the Preschool as well as the Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church for over 13 years. Ashley has home-schooled her three children during the time she was away at her home. Ashley was also teaching History at the homeschool tutoring while they were homeschooling. While she enjoyed homeschooling and being with her children God evidently showed her family that it was time to re-enter school full time. Brent and Ashley both have five children. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz and Cruz GCA students. Baylor is an GCA student who plays baseball and attends UT Martin. Callan an GCA graduand also attends Western Kentucky University. They are a busy family who enjoy hunting and fishing as well as watching each other cheer on their favorite sports and activities.
